Keene, New Hampshire | Temp-to-Hire
Due to an increase in their business our client located just outside of Keene is looking to add a new Administrative Assistant to their team This temp-to-hire opportunity is offering a pay range of $12-$15/hour based on experience and a full-time schedule of Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to Vice President.
Tasks of the Administrative Assistant will include but are not limited to:
- Processing all invoices for 4 locations
- Matching invoices to purchase orders/packing slips
- Entering invoices and order information into the system
- Backing up the receptionist as needed
- Completing other clerical and AP/AR tasks as assigned
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
- HS Diploma
- 2 years of previous office experience
- AP/AR and invoicing experience
- Good computer skills - MS Office Suite
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently
