Our fantastic client in the Peterborough, NH area is looking for immediate administrative help in their small office. This part time position will require solid administrative skills and strong experience using Quickbooks and the Microsoft Office Suite. Position responsibilities include answering phones, assisting customers and other departments, as well as some accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks.
The ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly, is very detail oriented and organized. Reliability is a must as well as polished communication skills and the ability to work independently.
This position is offering a competitive payrate and approximately 15-20 hours per week.
