Our manufacturing client located just outside of Greenfield MA is looking to add a new Customer Service Representative to their team.   This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering $12-$13/hour based on experience with a Monday thru Friday 8am to 4: 30pm schedule.

This position will be responsible for:
  • Taking and processing customer orders by phone, e-mail and fax.  
  • Entering order details into to the computer system
  • Answering customer questions
  • Completing other administrative tasks as assigned

Suitable candidates must  have:
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 1-2 years customer service and/or administrative office experience
  • Good computer and data entry skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication
  • Great attention to detail
  • Friendly and positive attitude
