Temporary HR Administrative Support

Our client an educational institution located outside of Brattleboro VT is in need of part-time temporary administrative support for their busy HR department.  The length of this assignment is unknown but could be a few weeks to a few months depending on the client's needs.  

This part-time 25-30 hour per week position offers $15-$18/hour depending on experience.  The schedule can be flexible based on the selected candidate's availability.  This position will provide administrative support to the HR Director.  


  • Enter personnel information into the ADP system
  • Manage paper personnel records 
  • Create new hire packets
  • Assist with recruiting for many open jobs
  • Receive and respond to new applications/resumes
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Process new hire paperwork
  • Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned


  • 1-2 years experience in an HR office setting
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive personnel information
  • Good computer skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Experience with ADP a plus
  • HS Diploma
