Our client a Manufacturer located in Bellows Falls Vermont is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their team.

This is a full-time temp-to-hire position offering $15-$16/hour based on experience. This position is responsible for providing support to the customer service and production departments by taking and entering orders, answering customer questions, processing exchanges and returns as needed.

Customer Service Associate Requirements:

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience desired
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Team player able to interact with all types of internal and external customers
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, pitch in and go above and beyond when needed
  • 1-3 years experience in office settings
  • Flexibility 
  • Excellent computer skills MS Windows and MS Office applications (Word, PowerPOint and Excel)
  • HS Diploma
