Our manufacturing client located in Keene NH is looking for a motivated and hardworking administrative professional to join their team. This Office Assistant position is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity offering $12-$15/hour depending on experience.  

Office Assistant Duties:

  • Answer phones and direct calls
  • Take and enter orders
  • Assist customers by phone and e-mail
  • Complete data entry projects
  • Provide on-going administrative support to the management and operations teams
  • Compile parts for work orders 
  • Complete additional projects and clerical tasks as assigned

Office Assistant Qualifications:

  • HS School Diploma
  • 2 years office/clerical work experience
  • Good computer skills - MS Office Suite
  • Experience answering multi-line phone systems
  • Accurate data entry
  • professional written and verbal communication
  • Customer service experience
  • Able to work independently and problem solve as needed
