  • Assist Accounting Department with high volume client billing
  • Scan, print and collate invoices and related documentation
  • Complete high volume data entry
  • Analyze data as needed
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Experience with billing/invoicing
  • Expert MS Excel skills
  • Familiarity with MS Access (v-look ups and formulas)
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently at a very fast pace

They are looking for detail oriented candidates with good computer skills to handle a variety of administrative and accounting tasks.  Duties will include distributing department mail and reports, processing payments, returned mail, and returned checks, answering customer questions about their accounts via phones and e-mail, and general filing. Other duties will also be required. Duties will be varied, and will include:

Reconcile accounts payable transactions
Collect approvals to process payments
Verify invoices and expense reports and enter into system
Process weekly payments
Research open items
Maintain accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files
Audit and process credit card bills
Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies

Skills:

A minimum of three years of Accounts Payable experience
