Job Description
$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS!
Our client located in Keene, NH is looking to add Assemblers to their team on 2nd and 3rd shift. These are Direct hire opportunities that will have you working Monday – Friday 3:30-11:30pm or 11:30pm-7:30am and offer $18/hour plus a shift differential. The differential for 2nd shift is $1.50/hr and the differential for 3rd shift is $3.50/hr. Double time is paid over 45 hours/week!
The company also provides a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/life/vision insurance, paid holidays, and vacation, as well as a Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account. In addition, the company offers quarterly bonuses up to 5% and referral bonuses!
Your duties as the Assembler will include:
• Prepare various components for assembly of product
• Assemble parts according to prints and established procedures
• Inspect final product for quality
• Accurate record keeping
• Inform supervisor of any quality issues
• Perform repairs on product
• Maintain neat and clean work area
• Work safely in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Complete work to established quality control standards
• Move completed work to proper area
• Other manufacturing duties as assigned
Your qualifications for the Assembler position:
• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum 6 months experience in mechanical field or machine shop setting preferred
• Shop math knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints
• Solid computer skills
• Ability to maintain visual and mental alertness to monitor process
• Knowledge of basic inspection methods
• Ability to prioritize work to achieve maximum efficiency
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to be on your feet throughout the shift and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Must be a team player able to communicate effectively with other employees
• Must be reliable with excellent attendance
