Our well-established client company located in Peterborough, NH is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their team. This direct hire opportunity will have you working onsite Monday – Friday 8am-5pm and offers $75-$90k/year depending on skills and experience.  There is also bonus potential for this position!

Your duties/responsibilities as the Compensation Analyst:
  • Manage existing compensation program and evaluate effectiveness
  • Analyze data to make recommendations
  • Design and implement compensation strategies
  • Ensure compensation program is compliant with employment laws
  • Develop processes to streamline procedures
  • Maintain relationships with compensation service providers
  • Recommend cost effective improvements to meet organizational goals
  • Support strategies to attract and retain talent

Your qualifications/skills for the Compensation Analyst position:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or Finance
  • 4+ years recent/relevant experience
  • CCP Certification preferred
  • Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/payroll systems
  • Current knowledge of federal/state employment laws
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and negotiation skills
  • Project management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders
  • Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make decisions independently and work with a sense of urgency 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Willingness to work hours as necessary to meet deadlines
