Our client in Keene, NH is looking for a Customer Service Sales Representative to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Customer Service Sales Representative position are as follows:
  • Minimum Associates Degree in business or engineering
  • 3+ years industrial/manufacturing product knowledge and experience (maintenance/facilities/production products)
  • Experience in maintenance, purchasing or inventory/stockroom within manufacturing is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Highly detail oriented and organized
  • Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant customer service demeanor
  • Ability to learn new products quickly
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently with shifting priorities
Benefits you will receive as the Customer Service Sales Representative:
  • Direct hire position
  • Full time hours Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
  • Option to start hybrid 1 day per week during training, then remote and only in office as needed (must reside within 75 mile radius)
  • $22-$25/hour based on skills and experience

As the Customer Service Sales Representative your duties will include:
  • Communication with customers and vendors via phone and email
  • Follow up on leads
  • Support outside sales team
  • General administrative tasks
  • Maintain current product knowledge
  • Manage database
  • Any additional duties as assigned
