Our client just outside the Keene NH area has a great direct hire opportunity for an Electro-Mechanical Technician. This is a highly desirable employer and the pay for this position will be commetitive depending on experience. The company also offers a generous benefits package including medical/dental/life insurance, 401k, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off. This position will have you working a Monday – Friday 1^st shift schedule.

Your Duties/Responsibilities for the Electro-Mechanical Technician position include, but are not limited to:

• Assemble, test, troubleshoot machines
• Maintain files
• Ensure quality
• Read/interpret/follow blueprints, drawings, or other instructions
• Identify and document defects
• Calibrate and test machining systems
• Communicate with other departments
• Meet production schedules
• Maintain clean and organized work area and follow safe work practices
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Your Skills/Qualifications for the Electro-Mechanical Technician position:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2-5 years recent and relevant experience
• Experience with machine tool assembly/operation
• Proficient reading blueprints/drawings
• Ability to work efficiently with good time management handling multiple priorities
• Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Must be organized with attention to detail 
• Good written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed
