Our client in Rockingham, VT is looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Engineering Manager position are as follows:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, may consider equivalent technical experience
- 10+ years manufacturing experience
- 3+ years leadership experience
- Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of CAD software
- Statistical analysis program experience is a plus
- Demonstrated project management ability
- Strong technical, analytical, and decision making skills
- Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple shifting priorities and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work hours as necessary to meet company objectives
- Direct hire position
- Full time 1st shift hours Monday - Friday
- $100-$120k/year depending on skills and experience

- Oversight of Engineering team
- Collaborate with others to meet company objectives
- Prioritize tasks, set goals, and communicate with staff
- Develop new product and equipment ideas/solutions
- Manage continuous improvement activities
- Oversee technician instruction/direction
- Project management
- Assist with hands-on manufacturing issues
- Root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Departmental budget preparation/justification
- Process documentation as required
- Manage validation projects
- Provide technical assistance to other teams
- Ensure safety program/GMP/ISO compliance
- Coach, train, and develop team members and appraise employee performance
- Employee relations
- Other duties as assigned
