Job Description

Our client located in Hillsborough, NH is looking for Machine Operators to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Machine Operator position are as follows:
  • High School Diploma
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and well-organized 
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Mult be able to multitask and prioritize activities
  • Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to stand, stretch, bend, reach, and twist
Benefits you will receive as the Machine Operator:
  • Temp-to-hire position
  • Full time schedules available on all 3 shifts
  • 1st shift Monday – Friday 6:30am-3pm $16.50/hour
  • 2nd shift Monday – Friday 2:45pm-11:15pm $18.50/hour
  • 3rd shift Sunday – Thursday 11pm-7am $19.50/hour
  • Once hired on, medical benefits and tuition reimbursement
  • Free on-site gym for employees
  • Employee events and incentives
As the Machine Operator your duties will include:
  • Operate production equipment
  • Understand process to support daily goals
  • Use testing equipment to inspect product
  • Follow verbal and written instructions
  • Communicate with team members
  • Follow all company guidelines 
  • Perform related duties as assigned or required
