Your qualifications for the Machining Supervisor position are as follows:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Supervisory and manufacturing experience
- LEAN manufacturing experience is a plus
- Effective written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and produce quality product
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Benefits you will receive as the Machining Supervisor:
- Full Time direct hire position
- Monday – Friday 6:30am-4pm schedule with occasional Saturdays
- $60k/year salary
- Health/Dental/Disability insurance
- Paid time off
- 401k retirement plan
As the Machining Supervisor your duties will include:
- Coordinate workflow and supervise operators
- Coach, train, and develop department staff
- Maintain materials and supplies needed
- Collaborate with other departments for scheduling and process improvement
- Repair and maintain equipment
- Create reports and maintain documentation
- Inspect product and monitor quality systems
- Maintain safety policies and clean/tidy work area
- Communicate with supervisor regarding labor estimates and goals
- Special projects as needed
