Our client located in Milford, NH, is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team.  This direct hire position will have you working a Monday – Friday schedule and offers a salary commensurate with experience in addition to a generous benefits package.

As the Manufacturing Process Engineer your duties will include:

• Support for new product introduction
• Evaluate new products
• Identify tooling, panelization, and assembly methods to optimize processing
• Production floor support
• Process improvement/development to improve workflow and decrease production cost
• General support and problem-solving to address issues
• Additional duties as assigned

Your qualifications for the Manufacturing Process Engineer position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• SMT, through hole component, and process technology required
• Contract manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating system
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
• Show good judgement through decision-making
