Our client in Bellows Falls, VT is looking for a Master Scheduler to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Master Scheduler position are as follows:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3-5+ years planning in manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of production planning, material and capacity requirements, inventory, and purchasing
- Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office suite )Excel), ERP/MRP
- APICS certification is a plus
- Strong technical, analytical, and decision making skills
- Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple shifting priorities and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work hours as necessary to meet company objectives
- Direct hire position
- Full time 1st shift hours Monday – Friday
- $67-$82k/year depending on skills and experience
- Medical/dental/vision/life insurance

- Plan/schedule workflow to meet customer and inventory demand
- Maintain safety focus
- Manage materials systems and daily manufacturing plan
- Utilize Lean and JIT techniques
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive activities to increase efficiency
- Forecast/plan/manage production
- Manage finished product inventory
- Maintain order data
- Work with other departments to resolve material and production issues
- Determine requirements for process, tools, and labor to meet production specifications
- Collaborate with others to meet organizational goals
- Ensure GMP, ISO, and health/safety requirements are met
- Other duties as assigned
