Job Description

Our client located just outside of Keene, NH is looking for a Plant Manager to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Plant Manager position are as follows:
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 5+ years manufacturing leadership experience
  • Automation experience required
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and mentor team members
  • Excellent problem solving, organization, and attention to detail

  • Monday – Friday 6:30am-4:30pm with some flexibility
  • $80-$120k/year depending on skills and experience

For the Plant Manager position your duties will include:
  • Manage production team
  • Assign work and assist as needed to meet production goals
  • Ensure safe and efficient operations to product quality product
  • Run meetings and provide training
  • Employee performance reviews and timekeeping
  • Model positive outlook to foster team environment
  • Communicate operations data with manager
  • Troubleshoot issues and determine root cause
  • Manage maintenance/cleaning activities, coordinate with technicians for repair
  • Collaborate with others to meet company objectives
