Our client in Rockingham, VT is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Supply Chain Manager position are as follows:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, may consider equivalent experience
- 3+ years materials control in manufacturing setting
- APICS certification is a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge of demand management, forecasting, production planning/process
- Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office suite, ERP/MRP
- Experience with inventory management, risk management, strategic sourcing and purchasing
- Strong technical, analytical, and decision making skills
- Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple shifting priorities and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work hours as necessary to meet company objectives
- Direct hire position
- Full time 1st shift hours Monday – Friday 7am-4pm
- $70-$95k/year depending on skills and experience
- Medical/dental/vision/life insurance

- Coordinate and supervise material planning control
- Ensure planning data is shared with appropriate departments
- Create schedule/plan to fulfill customer and inventory needs
- Manage MRP data input
- Ensure effective daily manufacturing plans
- Utilize Lean and JIT techniques
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and drive activities to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with others to meet organizational goals
- Hire, train, and develop team members and appraise employee performance
- Employee relations
- Other duties as assigned
