Order Processing Clerk
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Order Processing Clerk position are as follows:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of recent and relevant experience
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office SuiteÂ
- Basic invoicing and accounting skills
- Strong math skills
- Pleasant and positive demeanor
- Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Excellent organizational skills and commitment to follow through
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple shifting priorities
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- Temp to Hire position
- Full time Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm, overtime may be required during busy times
- $23-$24/hour based on skills and experience
- Once hired on, Health/Dental/Vision/Life insurance
- 401k with company match
- Paid holidays/vacation
- Process incoming orders and review for accuracy
- Submit orders in a timely manner
- Develop/maintain relationships
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present reports as needed
- Maintain current industry/product knowledge
- Other duties as assigned
