Our highly desirable client in Brattleboro is looking for a Quality Control Manager to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Quality Control Manager position are as follows:

• Bachelor’s degree in science or minimum of 5 years’ experience in cGMP manufacturing setting
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• 2+ years QA/QC experience in cGMP regulated manufacturing setting
• Solid knowledge of QMS and cGMP practices and procedures
• Ability to coach, train and motivate others
• Ability to multitask and work effectively with multiple shifting priorities

As the Quality Control Manager your duties will include:

• Ensure quality development/manufacturing/distribution of product
• Create and manage standard operating procedures
• Create and manage team performance metrics
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve quality goals and compliance
• Mentor/coach staff regarding quality awareness/improvement
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Act as subject matter expert for quality activities
• Ensure continuous improvement through process and system review
• Ensure quality compliance to established processes
• Train and direct QC team and operational activities
• Responsible for QC records and calibration system
• Lead quality investigations
• Other duties as assigned
