Our very desirable employer in Keene, NH is looking for a 1st and 2nd Shift Supervisor to join their team. This direct hire opportunity will have you working Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm on 1st shift and on 2nd shift Monday – Friday 2:30pm-11:45pm. Salary will be commensurate on skill and experience and there is a 10% shift differential for 2nd shift.

As the Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for the following tasks including, but not limited to:

• Supervise production activities
• Plan workload and staff department
• Coordinate operations to fulfill orders, inventory, and delivery schedules
• Seek opportunities for process improvement
• Maintain positive team morale through coaching and effective employee relations
• Provide reports as required
• Train and develop employees, complete performance evaluations and other employee activities
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve company objectives
• Follow safety and company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Your Skills/Qualifications for the Shift Supervisor position:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5+ years related manufacturing supervisory experience
• Experience with machining, scheduling, and operations required
• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office and manufacturing software
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics
• Ability to work effectively and multitask with shifting priorities
• Understanding of OSHA safety guidelines
