Job Description

Our manufacturing client in Brattleboro, VT, is looking for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join their team!

Your qualifications for the 2nd Shift Production Supervisor position are as follows:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years recent/relevant supervisory manufacturing experience
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and GMP requirements
  • Ability to lead and develop teams
  • Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively and multitask under deadline in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to collaborate with others and work hours as needed to meet organizational goals

  • Monday – Friday full-time schedule with overtime as needed
  • $27-$29/hour depending on skills and experience plus a $2/hr shift differential for 2nd shift

For the 2nd Shift Production Supervisor position your duties will include:
  • Coordinate work assignments, line rotations, planning, opening/closing line, employee schedules
  • Assist with quality issues
  • Clean, set up, operate, and troubleshoot machinery
  • Ensure compliance with policies/processes and regulations
  • Identify, develop, and lead training activities
  • Participate in production employee training/coaching/reviews
  • Lead production meetings as needed
  • Ensure required data collection/documentation is complete
  • Assist with new SOP creation/implementation
  • Other related duties as needed
