AR/AP Clerk
Job Description
Your qualifications for the AR/AP Clerk position are as follows:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
- Understanding of standard accounting principles and procedures
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and commitment to follow through
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple shifting priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Temp to Hire position
- Full time Monday – Friday 8am-5pm 100% onsite
- $20-$25/hour depending on skills and experienceÂ
- Once hired on, Health & Dental insurance

- Once hired on, Paid holidays/vacation

- Process invoices
- Process payments
- Reconcile accounts
- Maintain accurate records
- Filing
- Report preparation
- Investigate and resolve issues, communicate with vendors as needed
- Assist with month end close activities
- Prepare/issue 1099s
- Collaborate with other team members to drive improvement and success
