Job Description

Our client in the Bellows Falls, VT area is looking for a temporary Accounting Assistant to help support the accounting team! This is a part-time position expected to last about 4-5 weeks and offers $17/hour. Your schedule will be 15–20 hours/wk during the hours of 8am to 5pm  Monday – Friday.

Your duties as the Accounting Assistant:
  • Organizing receipts for credit card statements
  • Maintain spreadsheets
  • Filling
  • Billing
  • Additional tasks as needed
Your skills/qualifications for the Accounting Assistant position:
  • High School Diploma required
  • 2+ years professional office experience
  • Bookkeeping experience is preferred
  • Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office – Excel, Word
  • Pleasant customer service demeanor
  • Ability to manage time and work efficiently
