Job Description
Your duties as the Accounting Assistant:
- Organizing receipts for credit card statements
- Maintain spreadsheets
- Filling
- Billing
- Additional tasks as needed
- High School Diploma required
- 2+ years professional office experience
- Bookkeeping experience is preferred
- Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office – Excel, Word
- Pleasant customer service demeanor
- Ability to manage time and work efficiently
