Job Description

Our client located in Charlestown, NH is looking for an Accounting Director to join their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Accounting Director position are as follows:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree/CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Skilled in inventory management and systems management
  • Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
  • Proven leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits you will receive as the Accounting Director:
 
  • $100K-$120K/year, depending on experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Full-time hours with some flexibility
For the Accounting Director position your duties will include:
 
  • Oversee accounting and finance functions
  • Establish and maintain systems and controls to ensure system integrity and regulatory compliance
  • Prepare financial reports and analyze data
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Foster a positive team environment that encourages continuous improvement
  • Other tasks as assigned
