Our client, a well-established, rapidly growing company in Keene, NH, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative to help with a temporary need. 

Your qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Representative position are as follows:

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years recent and relevant office/administrative experience
• Excellent computer skills including Excel proficiency
• Experience with Oracle and financial systems/software preferred
• Database experience
• Pleasant and professional customer service demeanor
• Must have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits you will receive as the Accounts Receivable Representative:

• Temporary position, potential for permanent employment for right candidate 
• Full time Monday – Friday 8am-4:30 pm schedule (start and end times somewhat flexible)
• Option for hybrid work 1 day per week once trained
• $18/hour 

Your responsibilities as the Accounts Receivable Representative:

• Assist with payment application to the A/R ledger
• Enter manual billings and credits
• Complete clerical and customer tasks
• Customer service/relationship building
• Research and resolve payment issues 
• Set up payment plans for customers
• Assist with daily cash processes
• Document communication/steps
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate documentation, validation, and communication with customers
• Communicate issues to supervisor
• Perform other tasks/projects as assigned
