Our busy manufacturing client located in Brattleboro VT is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to support their sales team.  This exciting Temp-To-Hire opportunity is offering $15/hour.

The Administrative Assistant will handle the following tasks:

  • Enter quotes and customer orders
  • Copy and distribute prints and quotes
  • Type up correspondence as directed
  • Maintain customer files
  • Communicate with customers as needed 
  • Complete standard company forms
  • Make and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate travel as needed for members of the sales team
  • Create and distribute reports
  • Maintain a neat and organized office space
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Complete additional clerical projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:

  • 2+ years of recent professional office experience
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Solid computer skills - MS Office Suite
  • Able to operate office equipment - scanners, copiers, mail machine etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Pleasant customer service personality 
  • Willingness to pitch in to assist where needed
