Job Description
Your qualifications for the Administrative Assistant position are as follows:
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years professional office administrative experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn new software and systems
- Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadline with multiple shifting priorities
- Pleasant customer service demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Direct hire position
- Full time schedule Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
- $20-$25/hour based on skills and experience
