Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Administrative Assistant position are as follows:
- Associate degree and two years’ related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of grants writing/management, accounting, and budgetingÂ
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

- $20-$21/hour, depending on experience
- Full-time schedule working Monday through Friday
Â
- Record expenditures
- Prepare check requests
- Maintain physical and electronic files
- Prepare financial reports
- Proofread documents
- Other tasks as assigned
