Administrative and Accounting Assistant
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Administrative and Accounting Assistant position are as follows:
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years recent/relevant professional office experience
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; Excel and Word
- Understanding of QuickBooks desktop bookkeeping software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to efficiently multitask and work effectively with shifting priorities
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Temp to Hire position
- Monday – Friday 8am-5pm or 10am-6pm on site
- $20.00/hour
- Health and Dental insurance

- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
- Administrative support for management
- Sort and distribute mail
- Provide support to accounting and HR departments
- Enter and maintain data
- Assist with event planning
- Maintain office supplies
- Coordinate with maintenance team for facility needs
- Other duties as assigned
