Job Description
Our client located in the Greenfield, MA area is looking for an Application Engineer and a Senior Application Engineer to join their team!
Your qualifications for the Application Engineer position are as follows:

Your qualifications for the Application Engineer position are as follows:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years engineering experience, 5+ years’ experience for Senior Application EngineerÂ
- Understanding of electric circuits/current flow, conductors and insulators
- Strong computer/technology skillsÂ
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Good technical writing skills
- Ability to work in a team environment to solve problems
- Direct Hire position
- Full time schedule Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
- Application Engineer: $68k- $102k/year depending on skills and experience
- Senior Application Engineer: $83k- $124k/year depending on skills and experience

- Identify opportunities for product improvement
- Implement improvements to achieve optimum performance, design, quality, cost

- Create reports as needed
- Senior Applications Engineer additionally leads team and manages projects
- Other duties as needed
