Assembly Line Worker
Job Description
Hiring Immediately! Our highly desirable client in Brattleboro, VT is seeking reliable and motivated Assembly Line Workers to join their team on 1st and 2nd shift. These are temp-to-hire openings and offer $18-$23/hour depending on experience plus a $2/hour shift differential for 2nd shift. The hours are Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm on 1st shift and 2pm-10:30pm on 2nd shift.
As an Assembly Line Worker you will be responsible for the following tasks including, but not limited to:
- Clean, set up, and operate equipment
- Assist with preventive maintenance
- Work various positions on production line
- Ensure quality of product
- Complete data entry on computer
- Maintain a neat and clean work environment
Your skills/qualifications for the Assembly Line Worker position:
- High School diploma/GED
- Previous production experience preferred but not required
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace, be on your feet, and lift up to 40 lbs. throughout the shift
- Understanding of and experience in GMP environment a plus
