Our client in Walpole, NH, is looking for help in their chocolate production facility. This is a temporary need for about 4 weeks however could possibly turn into something more permanent based on business needs and performance. This great company offers a friendly work environment, health care, 401k and paid time off.

As an Assistant Pastry Chef you will be required to:

  • Stand throughout the shift and work at a very fast pace
  • Complete production and chocolate finishing work
  • Have excellent attention to detail!
  • Have good hand eye coordination

Your duties as Assistant Pastry Chef:

  • Baking daily fresh pastries
  • Bake cakes
  • Produce Mousses, buttercreams, assemble cakes and pastries
  • Produce doughs
  • Garnish finished baked goods
  • Classic and creative pastry shop work

This position will offer $13+/hour depending on experience. 2-3 years previous experience in the field is required, a culinary degree is preferred.  This position will have you working 6am-2:30pm 5 days per week and will include one weekend day.
