Job Description
Our growing manufacturing client located in Chester, VT is looking for Batching Associates  to join their team!
Your qualifications for the Batching Associate position are as follows:
- Previous manufacturing/machine operation preferred
- Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and mechanical skills
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
Benefits you will receive as a Batching Associate:
- Temp to Hire position
- Full time schedule Monday – Thursday 5pm-5am (4 DAY WORK WEEK)
- $17/hour + $2.50/hour shift differential
- Once hired on, comprehensive insurance coverage

- Free lunch once per month
- 2 paid breaks and paid lunch daily
For the Batching Associate position your duties will include:
- Preparing and verifying equipment, tools, and mixing materials are ready for use
- Preparing and mixing food ingredients for the product
- Operating mixing equipment safely and with accuracy
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, tools, and production room
- Perform other tasks/projects as needed
