Job Description
Your qualifications for the Bilingual (English/Spanish) Program Coordinator position are as follows:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Associate degree required, Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services related field preferred
- Customer service experience in an office setting
- Sensitivity and compassion to support diverse populations
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Â
- $20-$21/hour
- Full-time role Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm - occasional need to work into the early eveningÂ
- The opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives

- Answer phones and greet visitors, providing a welcoming and positive experience
- Provide information on services
- Complete referrals and intake assessments
- Maintain documentation
- Assist with community outreach activities
- Other tasks as assigned
