Our client located in Keene, NH is looking for a Branch Manager for their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Branch Manager position are as follows:
 
  • 2+ years of recent relevant banking experience and 4+ years of supervisory/management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong decision-making skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
Benefits you will receive as the Branch Manager:
 
  • $75K-$85K/year, depending on experience
  • Full-time, first-shift schedule
  • An opportunity to lead and deliver results in a collaborative environment
For the Branch Manager position your duties will include:
 
  • Motivate, train, schedule, and assess performance of team members
  • Support staff in delivering high-level financial transactions, meeting individual and branch goals, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Ensure operations follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
  • Other tasks as assigned
