Branch Manager
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Branch Manager position are as follows:
- 2+ years of recent relevant banking experience and 4+ years of supervisory/management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Strong decision-making skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism

- $75K-$85K/year, depending on experience
- Full-time, first-shift schedule
- An opportunity to lead and deliver results in a collaborative environment

- Motivate, train, schedule, and assess performance of team members
- Support staff in delivering high-level financial transactions, meeting individual and branch goals, and providing exceptional customer service
- Ensure operations follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Other tasks as assigned
