Business Office / HR Manager
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Business Office/HR Manager position are as follows:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years professional office management experience
- Proficient general accounting, budgeting, and tax policy skills
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite
- SBS and Checkwriters system experience is a plus
- Understanding of HR best practices and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated leadership skills and supervisory experience
- Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to follow through and drive to succeed
- Direct Hire position
- Full time schedule Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
- $65k-$70k/year depending on skills and experience

- Manage day to day administrative functions
- Lead office support staff
- Oversee budgets, expenses, financial planning
- Manage A/R, A/P, payroll, database updates
- Oversee employee benefits, activities, communications, rewards, and engagement
- Annual evaluation of benefit plans
- Participate in performance management process
- Manage recruiting and hiring processes, including recruitment, training, onboarding, and development
- Develop/lead/optimize business processes to drive growth and success
- Analyze data and provide recommendations
- Collaborate with others to manage vendor contracts
- Manage office supply inventory
- Perform additional tasks and special projects as required
