Job Description

Our client in the Brattleboro VT area is looking for a CNC Lathe Operator to join their team. This temp to hire position will have you working 2nd shift Monday - Thursday, 2pm-12am and offers $18.00-$20.00+/hour depending upon experience.  Once hired on by the company you will be eligible for their benefits package including health and dental insurance, 401k with company match, and paid time off.

Your duties and responsibilities as the CNC Lathe Operator:

  • Operate CNC lathe machine
  • Keep up with production demand
  • Other duties as assigned

Your skills/qualifications for the CNC Lathe Operator position:

  • Ability to use micrometer and drop indicator
  • Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints
  • Ability to work independently
  • Solid work history
  • Previous CNC experience
  • Ability to stand and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift
