CNC Yamaha Machine Programmer Project
Job Description
Your qualifications for the CNC Yamaha Machine Programmer Project position are as follows:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- 3+ years’ experience programming and running turret lathes, milling machines, and Swiss style lathes
- Previous experience programming parts from scratch
- Experience in both manual and CNC machining
- Ability to work independently and commitment to follow through
Benefits you will receive as the CNC Yamaha Machine Programmer:
- Temporary position
- Flexible work schedule – part time or full time
- Anticipated 3-6 moth duration
- $35-$40/hour depending on skills and experience
- Program, setup, and operate multi-axis CNC turning and milling centers including Swiss-type machines
- Generate, review, edit, and debug CNC programs using Camworks Solids
- Review older programs for opportunities to improve and optimize processes.
- Follow all policies and procedures related to safety, good housekeeping
- Other duties as assigned
