Our client in Peterborough, NH is looking for 2 Cash Posting Specialists to join their team. These are temp to hire opportunities that will have you working Monday through Friday 7:30am–3:30pm and offers $17 - $22/hour depending on experience.

Once hired on by our client, you will be eligible for their benefits package including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and 403b retirement plan.

As the Cash Posting Specialist your duties will include:

• Process payments and post to accounts
• Process refunds
• Maintain records
• Maintain petty cash
• Reconcile deposits
• Adhere to company safety policies
• Other duties as requested

Your qualifications for the Cash Posting Specialist position are as follows:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum 6 months experience in billing or medical office setting
• Solid math skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and computerized accounting functions
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently, with good time management and organizational skills
• Pleasant customer service demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidential information
