Job Description

Our client located in Keene, NH is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer position are as follows:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; CPA or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, at least 5 of which are in senior leadership roles
  • Experience in HR management  
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, regulatory compliance, multi-currency operations, and international financial structures
  • Proficiency with accounting systems and ERP administration; ability to leverage technology and data to achieve strategic goals   
Benefits you will receive as the Chief Financial Officer:
  • $80K-$130K/year, depending on experience

For the Chief Financial Officer position your duties will include:
  • Provide strategic leadership for financial operations (accounting, payroll, reporting, budgeting, planning and analysis, compliance, etc.)
  • Assist with HR-related activities
  • Partner with leadership team to ensure fiscal health, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth
  • Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
  • Other tasks as assigned
