Our client just outside of Keene, NH, is looking for help in their chocolate production facility. This is a temp-to-hire need which will have you working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and offers $18+/hour depending on experience. This great company offers a friendly work environment, health care, 401k and paid time off.
As a Chocolatier you will be required to:
- Stand throughout the shift and work at a fast pace
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Have appreciation for aesthetics, symmetry, and standardization
- Have excellent attention to detail!
- Have good hand eye coordination
- Clean and sterilize equipment and work area
- 2-3 years previous experience in the field is required, a culinary degree is preferred
Your duties as Chocolatier:
- Set up, operate, and use industrial kitchen equipment
- Follow recipes, select, measure, and weigh ingredients
- Stock materials and supplies
- Produce high end chocolates, caramels, and bonbons
