Our client is looking for a Commercial Lines Team Lead to join their company in the Keene NH and Brattleboro VT area!

Your qualifications for the Commercial Lines Team Lead position are as follows:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Current Property & Casualty license required
- 5+ years commercial insurance industry experience
- Proven leadership and management experience/skills
- Understanding of complex commercial coverages
- Good computer/technical skills including Microsoft Office
- AMS 360 experience preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively with multiple shifting priorities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Must possess pleasant customer service demeanor
- High Speed Internet
- Must be a resident of VT, NH, MA, or NY
- $1000 sign on bonus!
- Direct hire position
- Full time hours Monday – Friday
- Once trained, can be remote but must reside within commuting distance of office
