Job Description
Our client located in the Greenfield, MA area is looking for a Customer Account Specialist to join their team! Â
Your qualifications for the Customer Account Specialist position are as follows:
- Associates Degree, 3-5+ years related experience may be considered
- 3+ years recent/relevant customer service/sales experience
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be customer focusedÂ
- Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment to solve problems
- Direct Hire position
- Full time schedule Monday – FridayÂ

- Manage customer orders, quotes, changes, and other customer related activities
- Process purchase orders

- Prepare reports
- Assign clerical tasks as needed
- Collaborate with others to meet company objectives
- Support sales objectives
- Other related duties as assigned
