Customer Service Manager
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Customer Service Manager position are as follows:
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of recent and relevant customer service experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with NetSuite and E-commerce is a plus
- Order processing experience
- Ability to work in a high stress environment
- Familiarity with website functionality
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Professional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and commitment to follow through
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple shifting priorities
- Ability to work hours as required to meet customer needs
- Direct Hire position
- Full time Monday – Friday 8am-5pm 100% onsite
- Salary commensurate with skills and experienceÂ

- Manage daily operations of customer service department
- Develop/implement department policies/procedures
- Answer multi-line phone and take orders
- Provide follow up assistance and respond to requests in a timely manner
- Ensure superior customer service and support
- Provide training for CSR and retail team members
- Target new customer relationships, cold calling, networking, customer visits
- Maintain strong existing customer relationships
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to promote and sell
- Maintain database
- Use ERP system
- Ensure improved service metrics to achieve superior customer service
- Develop/implement growth strategies
- Collaborate with other teams to drive improvement and success
