Customer Service Representative needed in the Brattleboro VT area!  This is a fantastic direct hire position which offers a salary of $45,000/year plus medical, dental, 401K, disability, and vacation time as well as a professional office environment. You will be working a full-time schedule 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday.

As the Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for the following: 

  • Answer sales calls and provide information including customer order status and product knowledge requests
  • Assist with electronic customer data management
  • Resolve customer disputes
  • Maintain detailed documentation
  • Act as liaison between various departments
  • Backup for receipt/processing of purchase orders
  • Process customer orders, changes and returns
  • Assist with disputed credit items
  • Communicate with other departments regarding customer concerns and to ensure on time delivery
  • Work with sales team to meet/exceed customer expectations
  • Any additional tasks or projects as assigned

Skills/requirements for the Customer Service Representative include:

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Prior knowledge and experience with ERP systems a must
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • 2 years recent and related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service experience in manufacturing is a plus
