Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Your qualifications for the Customer Service Representative position are as follows:
Â
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of related experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- MS Excel and Word proficiency
- Ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail
Â
- $22-$24/hour, depending on experience
- Full-time schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm
Â
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with their service needs
- Generate service tickets and other documentation
- Track parts inventory and place orders as needed
- Work with team members to provide exceptional service to customers Â
- Other tasks as assigned
