Our client just outside Keene, NH, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Customer Service Representative position are as follows:
  • High School Diploma required, college degree preferred
  • 2+ years professional customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Proven customer service skills
  • High comfort level with phone communication
  • Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively and multitask with shifting priorities
  • Self-motivated with desire to work with sense of urgency and commitment to follow through
  • Ability to make decisions independently and communicate with supervisor regarding escalated issues
  • Desire and ability to learn and stay current with product knowledge
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to train team members

  • Opportunity for hybrid once trained; 2 days in office, 3 days remote

For the Customer Service Representative your duties will include:
  • Answer, screen, and direct high volume phone calls
  • Assist customers with questions/complaints and document correspondence in CRM database
  • Prepare quotes and orders
  • Maintain customer database
  • Identify problems and provide solutions
  • Communicate with clients regarding shipping and other details
  • General office tasks
  • Collaborate with others to meet organizational goals
  • Participate and contribute to culture of continuous improvement
  • Participate in meetings as required
  • Assist with campaigns and event planning
  • Other projects as assigned
