Our busy and growing client located a few miles outside of Keene NH is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for their evening shift to assist with their ongoing growth and provide support to their customers.  This exciting temp-to-hire position offers a pay rate of $13-$17/hour based on experience.  The evening shift schedule is 11am to 8pm including every other Saturday - always have two days off per week.

Support Specialist Duties:

  • Answer high volume incoming customer calls
  • Meet defined service levels
  • Provide top notch customer service with a smile
  • Maintain control of each conversation
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
  • Defuse customer service complaints using listening and problem solving skills
  • Document all customer interactions with clear and detailed notes 
  • Assist customers to manage their accounts appropriately and within outlined terms
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies and guidelines
  • Adapt as needed to the fast paced and ever changing work environment
  • Provide back up support to other departments as needed

Support Specialist Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills - previous call center experience a plus
  • Able to talk on the phone and type notes at the same time
  • Good computer skills - able to learn new programs quickly
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail 
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Able to manage high volume workload in a fast paced setting
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Able to work independently and as a team across multiple departments
  • Positive attitude and pleasant customer service demeanor
  • Able to follow complex direction and adhere to all policies and procedures
  • Willingness to cross train and assist other departments as needed
  • Punctual and professional at all times
  • Able to meet the schedule demands and be flexible regarding overtime as needed
