Our client located in Brattleboro VT is seeking a Data Management Specialist to join their team.  This full-time position is temp-to-hire, pay is commensurate with experience and includes a competitive benefits package once hired on with the Company.

Data Management Specialist Duties:

  • Compare surveys, questions and requested data to the existing content to identify changes or trends
  • Update and edit data input forms using interface
  • Map interrelationships among different data requests and data points within the system and relative to third party ratings/frameworks
  • Conduct quality checks to locate errors or inconsistencies in data request content, structure or mapping
  • Accurately track and record work activities
  • Help to configure data to be exported
  • Offer process improvement suggestions
  • Assist to maintain Salesforce database and WordPress website
  • Become familiar with, support and implement security protocols
  • Perform testing as needed
  • Report any bugs as identified
  • Create and update documentation for client support and training 

Data Management Specialist Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or HS diploma and equivalent professional work experience
  • Comfort and expertise with technology
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail - content, format and process
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills - MS Office Suite including expert MS Excel skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Good analytical and listening skills
  • Able to work independently but know when to ask questions
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism and an eagerness to learn
